ADP is qualified and accredited with a number of tools to help you understand and conduct an assessment of skills. These tools help people and teams understand roles better. The tools also help people learn whether they match role competencies, and assess whether roles would be ideal based on personal preferences.

We offer a range of psychometric tests including Facet5, Myers Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI), and SHL. These tests cover Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning and Occupational Personality Questionnaires.
